John created this awesome camp oven rocky road desert while camping with some friends, everyone fights over it as its delicious and it actually tastes like rocky road and has become a staple dish every camping trip.

This recipe was submitted by John Morgan, an avid camp oven cooking fanatic from Gladstone, Queensland.

Note: This recipe requires a cake tin to cook the rocky road in.

Step One:

Using butter, grease the cake tin to help prevent sticking.

Step Two:

Place a layer of Arrowroot biscuits in the bottom of the cake tin.

Step Three:

Pour the rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix them together and pour into the cake tin.

Step Four:

Place the cake tin into the camp oven and cook for 20 to 25 minutes and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Arnotts Milk Arrowroot Biscuits

  • 1/2 Packet Strawberry Liquorice Twists, cut into smaller pieces

  • 1/2 Packet Nestle Dark Chocolate Melts

  • 1/2 Packet of Marshmallows

  • Butter to grease the cake tin

Directions

  • Using butter, grease the cake tin to help prevent sticking.
  • Place a layer of Arrowroot biscuits in the bottom of the cake tin.
